MENOPOLOOZA 2

MAY 15-17, 2026- THE VICTORIA CONFERENCE CENTRE

We were the feral, latch-key kids of the 70’s and '80s, raised on TV, microwave burritos, and pure unsupervised chaos.

We figured out maxi pads with the adhesive stuck to the wrong side of our underwear. We stole our older sister’s Tampax because we were going swimming AND horseback riding, thank you very much. We got our sex ed from a combo of Judy Blume books and The Golden Girls.

Now here we are- middle-aged, magnificent, and careening through perimenopause with the same level of adult supervision we had in junior high: absolutely none.

Our hormones are flipping desks like that one unhinged sixth-grade teacher. We’re hot, we’re exhausted, and we’re pretty sure we just cried at a Subaru commercial. Again.

Menopolooza is the rallying cry of women who’ve always had to figure it out alone. Our message is: we are not alone, and we’re not going to take it anymore.

Big news about Menopolooza 2026 🎉

We're offering a payment plan- because you deserve to be in that room, and we want to make it as easy as possible to get there.

3 monthly payments of $158.89

Total: $476.67 | No hidden fees |

Pay it off early? Save 5% — that brings your total down to $452.84.

But here's the thing — this offer has TWO deadlines:

📅 March 31 is the last day to sign up for the payment plan 📅 March 31 is also when ticket prices go up $50 for last call

After March 31, the payment plan disappears AND the price goes up. If you've been waiting, now is the time.

Menopolooza is May 15-17, 2026. Three days. A room full of women who get it. Education, community, and more than a few moments that will change how you see this chapter of your life.

“When asked to imagine life at 80, women pictured themselves skiing, hiking, dancing, lifting weights, laughing with friends, still curious, still sexy, still alive. No one mentioned weight loss or ‘anti-aging.’ They mentioned freedom, connection, and joy. The goal isn’t to stay 40 forever- it’s to become 80 on purpose.”

You're Not Doing It Wrong. The System Is.

If you're in perimenopause or menopause and you feel like you've been stumbling around in the dark, you're not imagining it. Most women are. Not because they're not smart or tough or resourceful — they absolutely are — but because the medical system has chronically undertreated, underfunded, and under-researched women's hormonal health for decades.

Menopolooza is our answer to that.

It's a two-and-a-half-day conference in Victoria, BC, where the science is real, the speakers are brilliant, and the atmosphere is nothing like any medical event you've ever attended. Think: world-class expertise, Fairmont catering, belly laughs, honest conversation, and a level of care that says you are worth this — because you are.

If you're dealing with any of this, you're in the right place:

Brain fog. Mood changes. Hot flashes and night sweats. Sleep that stopped working. Anxiety you can't explain. A libido that went on sabbatical. Weight changes. That feeling that the person you used to be has quietly left the building.

These are not signs that something is wrong with you. They are signs that your body is going through one of the most significant hormonal transitions of your life — and that you deserve actual support.

Who comes to Menopolooza?

Women 35+ who want to understand what's coming. Women in the thick of perimenopause who need real answers now. Women post-menopause who are done settling for "just manage it." Healthcare providers — GPs, NPs, counsellors, pelvic physios, RMTs, nutritionists — who want to better support their clients and earn CEUs while they're at it. Daughters who came with their moms. Moms who dragged their daughters. People who came alone and made five friends by Saturday afternoon.

You don't need to be in menopause to come. You just need to give a damn about women's health.

On mental health and hormones:

One of the things we talk about openly at Menopolooza — and that most women have never been told — is the connection between estrogen, mood, and mental health. Many women in perimenopause are prescribed antidepressants when what they actually need is a hormone conversation. Our speakers, including Dr. Tracy Wayne, OB/GYN and menopause specialist, will talk about exactly this: the overprescription of SSRIs, the role of estrogen in brain health, and what better care actually looks like.

She will also, almost certainly, make you laugh until you cry. We consider this part of the treatment.

You’re Not Doing It Wrong.

You’re just living in a system that needs help. Let’s change that, together.

What You’ll Gain at Menopolooza

What You'll Actually Get Out of This Weekend

Real answers. Not the "it's just part of ageing" brush-off. Not a 10-minute appointment. You'll hear from the practitioners who are actually changing how menopause is treated in Canada — on hormones, mental health, brain fog, sleep, nutrition, sex, and everything your doctor never had time to explain.

Your voice back. You'll know how to walk into a medical appointment and advocate for yourself. You'll know what questions to ask, what you can push back on, and when to find someone who actually listens.

A room full of women who get it. This is the part everyone says surprises them most. There's something that happens when 150 women are in the same room, finally telling the truth about what this chapter actually feels like. You'll leave with new friends. You will not feel alone in the same way again.

Permission to be kind to yourself. Seriously. We built this in deliberately. Sessions rooted in self-compassion, nervous system care, and the radical idea that you are not failing — you are just under-supported. We're fixing that.

A plan. Not vague inspiration. Actual tools, resources, and knowledge you can use the Monday after you get home.
